About Kaytlin Bailey:
Kaytlin Bailey is stand up comic, sex worker rights advocate and writer. She founded Old Pros to create the conditions to change the status of sex workers in society. Bailey came out as sex worker in 2015 with her critically acclaimed one woman show, Cuntagious, which enjoyed sold out performances and an extended run in multiple theater festivals in New York City. Her second one woman show, Whore’s Eye View is in development. She started The Oldest Profession Podcast in 2017. In 2018 she accepted a position as the founding Director of Communications for a national advocacy organization fighting to decriminalize sex work. After two years talking to legislators it became clear that we are not going to get good laws on this issue until we change the story. In 2020 Bailey founded Old Pros where she continues her stubborn crusade against whorephobia.

About Jordan Reeves:
Jordan (they/she/he) is a queer trans non-binary Alabama native. They moved to New York City in 2010 and helped start TED-Ed (which has been viewed nearly 3 billion times online). Jordan recognized the power of the internet to amplify stories and left TED to start VideoOut, a platform that uses digital media as an advocacy tool for the LGBTQ+ community. In the past six years, VideoOut has reached millions with its message of solidarity and support, promising that “even when things aren’t getting better, you are not alone.” Jordan has produced over dozens of events, managed countless volunteers, and filmed 400 stories (consequently, VideoOut is one of the world’s largest libraries of LGBTQ+ stories). Jordan has worked with major brands like Google, Marriott International, Hulu, Verizon, P&G, and AARP to create LGBTQ+ inclusive content. They started VOE with a goal to work alongside the most talented LGBTQ+ creators to tell stories that are missing in the canon of television and film. Jordan is an ethical vegan, lives in Los Angeles with his two cats, Carl Dean and Louise Jolene, and has a growing collection of vintage lava lamps.

Andrew C. Coles is an activist, manager, producer, curator + DJ - he currently serves as the Founder & CEO of The Mission Entertainment. Upon graduating from Harvard with a degree in African-American studies, he moved to LA and began working at CAA before going to Overbrook Entertainment where he worked under Franklin Leonard (founder of The Black List), first as his assistant then junior executive. From Overbrook he relocated to New York to run development for Scott Rudin Productions, working across film, TV and theatre. In 2013, Andrew created The Mission Entertainment – a management + production company whose purpose and philosophical foundation lies in serving as advocates for storytellers that have been traditionally overlooked, undervalued and underrepresented. With a childhood dream of becoming a civil rights criminal defense attorney, Andrew has married his passions for storytelling + social justice advocacy through working in the entertainment industry – helping to create images that are truly representative of the world we live in.
On the production side, Andrew has recently served as Producer of Queen & Slim, Melina Matsoukas’s debut feature, starring Daniel Kaluuya + Jodie Turner Smith. Andrew also serves as Executive Producer of the BET series Twenties, which is wrapping production on its second season. He is currently incubating the mission radio, a non-profit art collective committed to personal transformation + world change through spirituality + creativity. In October of 2020, he opened The Mission on Kaua’i, a spiritual retreat and creative campus that serves as headquarters for the mission radio.

True story: Marta Mae was sent to therapy in high school for crying too much. It didn’t work and remains her superpower to this day.
